BTNA BOARD MEMBERS

The President shall be the principal executive officer of the association and shall in general supervise all of the business and affairs of the association. She/he shall preside at the meetings of membership and Board of Directors.
Vice-President:
Betty Towne - 724-2565
In the absence of the President or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, the Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice-President shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the President or by the Board of Directors.
Secretary/Treasurer:

The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the general meetings and meetings of the Board of Directors, be custodian of the association records and in general perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the President or Board of Directors.
The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of, and be responsible for all funds of the association, and deposit all such monies in the name of the association in such banks, trust companies or other depositories as shall be approved by the Board of Directors; and in general perform all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the President or by the Board of Directors.
