It appears that several of our neighborhood teenagers have finally graduated from vandalism to armed robbery - what's next - Assault and Murder?
A few weeks ago, a local teenager, armed with a hand gun, assaulted and robbed at gun point a person in the park. According to the report, the victim is handycapped and one of our neighbors. It is said that the gun was owned by the teenagers parents and that the person charged with this crime had taken the gun from his parents house, had filed off the serial number and was trying to sell the weapon in the park. When no one wanted to buy the weapon he decided to rob someone to obtain the money or whatever it was he was looking for.
